USMC accountability on every project.
Owned and operated by a USMC veteran. That means timelines you can plan around, communication that doesn't vanish, and a standard of finish that doesn't cut corners when the paperwork is signed.
No slogans — just the specific, provable things that make MTZ a different kind of Oregon contractor.

Our lead — Loren's father — has spent 25 years building and repairing Oregon homes. He's on every project. The hands that built it are the hands you meet at the walk-through.
Every conversation — from first call to final walk-through — happens fluently in English or Spanish. Contracts, change orders, and warranty paperwork can be issued in either language. This is baseline at MTZ, not a favor.
Larger projects are split into milestones tied to real build phases — demolition, rough-in, installation, final. You pay as each phase completes, not upfront and not at the end. If it's a tight month, tell us honestly and we'll work with you.
We come to your home, measure, photograph, talk through your priorities, and within 2–3 business days send a line-item written quote. The quote is yours to keep whether or not you hire us. No pressure-sales tactics, no disappearing phone numbers.
Oregon CCB #256917, OR Registry #239550593, COBID-certified, and fully insured. We'll hand you the documents before your first check clears — that's how trust gets built.
Free estimate. Bilingual service. Payment plans welcome. Same crew from the first call to the final walk-through.
