MTZ Corps Construction
Meet the Family

A mission-built family business.

Veteran-owned. Hispanic family-owned. Bilingual. Everything below explains what that means in practice.

Our Mission

USMC discipline meets 25 years of craftsmanship.

MTZ Corps Construction exists because working families in Oregon deserve the same craftsmanship and care that wealthier clients take for granted — and the same respect whether they speak English or Spanish.

The business was founded by Adlai "Loren" Martinez, a USMC veteran returning to Oregon to work alongside his father — a craftsman with 25 years in residential trades. The structure is deliberate: veteran discipline on operations and sales, generational craftsmanship on the job site.

Bilingual service isn't an add-on for us. Woodburn is over half Hispanic — meeting neighbors in their first language is the baseline, not the sales pitch.

The Family

Meet the family behind MTZ.

Two generations, one standard. A USMC veteran running operations and a lead craftsman with 25 years in Oregon homes — plus the rest of the family handling outreach and estimates.

Values

What we stand for, on every job.

01

Quality is not tied to price

Same craftsmanship for a $4K fence as an $80K kitchen. Anyone who would cut corners on a cheaper job would cut corners on yours.

02

Meet people where they're at

Payment plans welcome. Working families get worked with, not turned away. If we can help your dad, we can help you.

03

Pay it forward

Everyone we hire gets a shot — and is expected to give the next person theirs. That's how the trades stay alive.

Where we are

We're just getting started.

MTZ is a brand-new licensed business. We've chosen to be transparent about that instead of pretending otherwise: no fabricated review counts, no stock testimonials, no imaginary decades of company history.

What we have is real and documented: a USMC-veteran owner, a lead craftsman with 25 years of hands-on experience, a current Oregon CCB license, COBID certification, a bilingual crew, and an insistence on writing honest estimates.

The first homeowners who work with us get the same quality the hundredth will — same crew, same discipline, same care. If that's the contractor you want, we'd love to meet you.
