Gervais Bathroom Refresh
A tight 5×8 hall bath that becomes a daily-use showpiece without moving plumbing.
This is a sample project illustrating our approach. Your project would be unique to your home, budget, and timeline.

What we'd bring to a project like this.
Small baths are about discipline — you win by not moving the plumbing. For a Gervais hall bath like this, we'd keep the toilet, vanity, and tub in their original stacks, then spend the budget on surfaces, tile work, and fixtures that make the room feel twice as large as it measures.
Typical scope: full tile surround floor-to-ceiling in the tub area, a quartz-top 36" vanity with soft-close drawers, black matte fixtures, LED-backlit mirror, and exhaust fan upgraded to a low-sone humidity-sensing unit. Drywall patch, paint, and new baseboards to finish.
Timeline: 3–4 weeks. Great fit for payment plans since the work happens in clean phases (demo, tile, vanity, finishes).
