Yes. We come to you, measure, photograph, talk through priorities, and email a written itemized quote within 2–3 business days. The quote is yours to keep whether or not you hire us. No hidden consultation fees.

Yes — real ones, not financing add-ons. We split larger projects into milestone payments tied to actual build phases (demo, rough-in, installation, final). You pay as each phase completes. If a month is tight, tell us honestly and we'll work with you.

Bath: 3–4 weeks. Full kitchen: 8–10 weeks. Deck or fence: 3–5 days. Re-roof: 2–4 days of on-site work. We give you a week-by-week timeline with your written quote.

One year of labor warranty starting on the final walk-through date. If anything we built or installed fails from workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge. Material warranties (shingles, cabinetry, fixtures) pass through directly from the manufacturer and are often longer.
